What exactly is “the product and the angle” I need to send?
The product: a name and a photo (any image, up to 5 MB). And the angle for each ad: the full script (up to 4,000 characters) or, if you'd rather we write it, three short answers (what problem it solves, what you want to highlight and what you want viewers to do). Nothing else is required. Optional: a reference photo for the avatar (jpg, png or webp, up to 5 MB) and up to 6 short videos of the product in use (up to 5 s and 25 MB each, MP4, MOV or WebM).
Can I ask for changes to a finished ad?
If it came out with an error, the team reviews it and an editor fixes it by hand, as many times as it takes, free of charge. If what you want is a different version (another avatar, another format, another hook), that's a new ad and counts as one.
